Conditions of Sale
Last updated: March 2026
These Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed with The Superyacht Shop (“SYS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order with us, the client (“you”) agrees to be bound by these terms.
Orders and Specifications
Garments and products will be supplied according to the specifications provided by the client at the time the order is placed.
The Superyacht Shop shall not be responsible for errors in:
- sizes
- colours
- product codes
- quantities
- branding specifications
where such information has been supplied or approved by the client.
Where visual proofs are supplied (including logo placement, colours, and garment specifications), the client must review and confirm these details prior to production. Once approval has been given, the order will proceed to production and changes may not be possible.
Sizing
Garments are supplied from multiple manufacturers and standardised sizing does not apply across brands.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the sizing information provided for each product before placing an order. The Superyacht Shop cannot accept responsibility for garments ordered in incorrect sizes.
Where available, clients are encouraged to request sample garments to confirm sizing before placing larger orders.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimated and depend on supplier availability and manufacturing schedules.
Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control including:
- supplier production delays
- international shipping delays
- customs processing
Clients will be informed as soon as possible if any unavoidable delays occur.
Shipping costs will be charged at cost and invoiced to the client or the designated receiving party.
Tracking details will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.
Branding and Production Errors
The Superyacht Shop aims to complete all orders accurately and to the highest standard.
In the unlikely event that a branding or production error occurs that is attributable to us, the affected garment must be returned to us for inspection.
At our discretion we will either:
- replace the garment, or
- issue a refund for the affected item.
Product Care
All garments must be laundered in accordance with the following care instructions.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the garment or branding.
Washing Guidelines for Branded Garments
- Maximum wash temperature: 40°C
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron directly onto any printed vinyl or transfers
- Do not use bleach
- Use non-biological washing powder
Care labels attached to garments apply to the garment itself and not the applied branding.
Expected Lifespan of Branding
- Embroidery: expected lifespan of approximately 3 years or more under normal use.
- Vinyl print: expected lifespan of approximately 50–100 wash cycles, provided care instructions are followed.
Garments should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
The Superyacht Shop accepts no responsibility for damage caused by:
- incorrect washing
- tumble drying
- ironing onto prints
- improper storage.
